About Pints & Quarts
Pints & Quarts first opened in December 2003. Located in the Park Place Mall in Roosevelt Park, Pints & Quarts is your neighborhood pub and grill, the place people gather for great food and drinks. A large scotch selection as well as traditional and unique beer selection make "Pints" a favorite gathering spot of locals.
"Pints" is a family-owned business, whose roots run deep in the Muskeogn community. They are truly passionate about Muskegon and the restaurant business. The Chef, Charles Forrester, is a native of Detroit. Charlie, as he is known by the regulars, attended Johnson & Wales University where he earned his degree in Culinary Arts. He has a passion for great food and unique products, especially seafood. Stop in on the weekend to try one of Chef's unique seafood preparations. General Manager, James Curtis, is a Muskegon native who is passionate about the hospitality industry and specializes in wine.
Pints and Quarts is a part of the Harris Hospitality Group. Two other local restaurants are a part of the collection. C.F. Prime Chophouse and Wine Bar, located next door, is a fine dining steakhouse perfect for a relaxing evening out. Their wine selection is second to none and recently won them an Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine. Dockers Fish House, located near Pere Marquette Beach is a seasonal restaurant that has become a favorite of locals and travelers from a far. Whether looking for live entertainment on the Tiki Bar or a more formal dining room experience with waterfront views, Dockers is sure to please. During the off-season, Dockers is a beautiful facility that can be used for private functions.
